23.01.2022 When you are selling it is absolutely essential to have everything perfectly clean and organised to maximise your houses sale potential. This means all cupboards need to be presented in away that says there is lots of space. Which means declutter, declutter! ... Remember potential buyers are going to be going through all cupboards, so don’t hide your clutter ! If you have pets it’s a must that you remove there belongings for showings and photos. Yes there are potential clients out there that don’t like to see or smell your pets Staging your home for sale is smart and remember first impressions count! So from the first day your house hits the market on the net to the knock down of sale it’s important to keep your house spick and span. The photos are of a house that will be hitting the market soon, so there are some before photos and plenty of afters. Enjoy

15.01.2022 Cleaning Mistakes that we all make ! Mistake number 1:/ Spraying furniture with polish. When you spray furniture directly it creates build-up that is tough to remove and attracts even more dust. Spray a cloth with the polish and then clean.

Whether it is your office, kitchen or bedroom, knowing where things are will help you become more efficient. 2) Put Things Back It may be a no brainer, but when you have used an item, make sure you put it back in its place! Otherwise, chaos will reign. 3) Use a Calender, Schedule or Diary It doesn’t matter which method you prefer, but you need to diarise dates, events and appointments. 4) Make Lists Lists are great to keep you on track. Writing a to do list is an excellent way to get more out of your day. The best time to write is the night before, or first thing in the morning. And, don’t forget to cross off things as you get them done, for that sense of accomplishment. 5)Plan Ahead This can be tricky for some, but make a plan for your week before it begins. Draw up a weekly timetable off all the things that happen regularly. Add to this any extra appointments and identify your busy days. 6) Schedule Time To avoid ‘running out of time’ for the small but important tasks, set aside 15 minutes each day whether it be to pay bills, make phone calls or return emails etc. 7) Create a Routine Unless you have a cleaner , we all have to make time for the household jobs. Try to have a set day when you clean the house, or do the shopping. To be even more organised, make time to meal plan and write your shopping list before you go shopping! Becoming more organised may take time, particularly if it’s not a habit of yours. If this is the case, try to incorporate one tip at a time and master that before tackling the others. You may be surprised at the difference a small change can make .
