16.01.2022 Just got off the phone to the council and I am allowed to continue trading there is a process as with most things these days. This is now a no contact service, so all quotes etc. will be done on the phone or online. If you need to pick-up and drop-off, I will supply you with an email with my ABN stating the reason for travel and a copy of the pick-up and drop-off process Stay safe Amber

15.01.2022 It's been hard not teaching classes in person but I have still had a wonderful group join me on zoom once a week for the last 2 terms through Canterbury neighborhood house . I have to say I'm so supprised at how well it's gone (I didn't know if it would transfer well ) I am so stoked at what everyone has achieved and has fast becoming the highlight of my week ! Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine cheers Amber

09.01.2022 I am so lucky to still be able to trade (not having a shop has worked in my favour for a change ) but It's so strange not meeting my clients in person anymore. I am allways so excited to see the photos of my work in their homesand to know they all fit right etc.. at least the outcome is still the same , stay safe everyone Cheers Amber

07.01.2022 One of my favorite things is seeing my students ideas come to life ! I actually started doing upholstery with Rod when I was 12, as a hobby course at the Sandybeach centre (before I did my apprenticeship) 5 years later when I started teaching that class he was one of my first students! He still comes occasionally to a class a 1/4 of a century later with cool Ideas ! This was so much fun https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=754004551361462&substory_index=0&id=100002557738095
