04.01.2022 Mark Hinton’s interest in motorcycles began at just ten years old when his cousin gave him a ride on his new Triumph Bonneville. In 1973, Mark bought a 1973 Triumph 750 Bonneville, and later, when he turned 18, a brand new 1974 Ducati 750 Sport, a bike that mark says gave him his ‘best riding years’. Mark’s passion for Ducati motorbikes was ignited and he raced on road circuits including Surfers Paradise Pirelli 3 hr, Speed Week and Swan Series, on a 1976Ducati 750SS. Later, after building himself a 1970s Norvil Norton 750, he also raced at several Historic Events. The bike section also includes a 1947 Velocette KSS ohc 350cc, a 1975 Triumph Trident T160, an original Norton 750S 1969 and a Lambretta Li 1965 150cc. Online Auction this Sunday 22 November.
