23.01.2022 Let’s do this ! Today is a super moon and also the March Equinox. This energy is very powerful and is about clearing what no longer serves us and seeing ourselves balanced and at ground zero ready to bring in amazing new opportunities and blessings. So I have created the Burn Out and Burn In clearing. I did mine earlier today. ... Grab a piece of paper and draw a line down the centre. On the top left hand side put the heading Burn Out. On the top right hand side put the heading Burn In. Now under the heading Burn Out list anything that no longer serves you, negative feelings and hurts, fears and painful experiences Under the heading Burn In list all the beautiful things you have and want in your life. Eg. abundance in all areas Now fold the paper and burn it. Keep the intention of burning and releasing that which no longer serves you and burn into your soul all the good things you have and want in your life. Give thanks and see it has done. Remember to be kind to yourselves as healings take place. This is powerful energy.
