Present suffering is actuated and bearing fruit. . Therefore it is only future suffering that can be avoided. . "How?" you may ask! By removing it's cause. . Future suffering has it's seeds in the present and past. . Nonsuffering comes from liberation. That is to say, when the mind is removed from it's objects, one is free of pain. . .
