21.01.2022 WARNING -Very long post that will inspire if you allow it to At the beginning of 2020 I was an emotional mess. My marriage ended abruptly ... My dream of empowering kids to stand up to bullying with my P.E.A.C.E Tools in our Dream Guards show was over. My children’s books I just launched with a Free life saving app to help our community I couldn’t speak about on stages due to #fuckcovid All of my income was taken away overnight and then came lockdown. What was I going to do to support myself and my 17 year old daughter? Then I remembered the resilience I had within me. Developed from years of foster homes, abuse, living with a schizophrenic murderer. This was nothing compared to what I had been through. I stepped into my power and my serving heart. What can I do with the skills I have for people suffering during lockdown right now? My inner voice saying GIVE GIVE GIVE Oh yeah my Personal Training qualifications. I am going to put my Dream Guards rainbow socks on and offer happy home workouts to families, individuals who may have lost their jobs. People who may suffer from depression or anxiety. Parents struggling to homeschool their children for the first time, while still trying to work. Domestic violence victims So 3 mornings per week I did my Happy Home Workouts live on Facebook. Lifting the vibrational energy, releasing the happy chemicals endorphins, serotonin and dopamine to improve mental health. Then I thought hmm how can I help even more? Oh yeah Reading with Rocky Rockstar (our rescue dog and the star of his own children’s series The Adventures of Jessie and Rocky Rockstar) So every 2nd afternoon I read famous children’s stories from all over the world with Rocky Rockstar sitting on the couch next to me Channel Seven Queensland wanted to interview me for what I was doing for the community during a difficult time in history. Then I had radio Dj Shayne Rudd reach out to ask if I would train her live one on one on Zoom I invested in my own mental health and immersed myself in 11 sessions of NLP Time Line Therapy with Karen Clarke to eliminate old patterns and limiting beliefs that weren’t serving me. I invested in my exercise each and everyday. Then came the most phenomenal nutritional program I have ever tried. It has completely changed my life. Giving me more energy, mental clarity, increasing my happiness, stripping back all fat in my body and flooding my cells with nutrients I wasnt getting from organic food. Yes I have truly gone from Suffering to Flourishing I am 54 and I feel like 30. I am in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE I am the HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN. I put these transformation photos up not to show off - the complete opposite actually. I want to show YOU what is truly possible when you BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Her compassionate and caring Dad tirelessly serves our community in his creative projects to feed and raise funds for charities and people in need. His name is Marc Kinvig of Blackboard Varsity Lakes cafe (they make the best coffee on the GC BTW) and this is one of his daughters.... He offered his cafe to me to launch my children’s series The Adventures of Jessie and Rocky Rockstar last November. Then he offered me to have my books in his cafe for 3 months (no gain to him) because he believed in me, the stories and the lifesaving free community app in the back of my books. He also had The Global Gratitude Chain movement on his counter for a further 5 months collecting gratitude links from people coming into his cafe. That’s what human connection and community support looks like. This is his daughter reading my book Puppy Rescue. 12.01.2022 Synchronicity is an incredible phenomenon. On my bike ride this morning I stopped at Currumbin beach and I was just taking in the beautiful scenery feeling so grateful for my life. Then I looked around and there is this guy with a huge zoom lens camera taking a photo toward me. I wasn’t sure if he was just capturing the waves or me. ... I kept looking at the waves and then he walked over to me and said he had snapped some pics of me and that it was something he always wanted to do, capture a photo of a girl on the beach on a bike. He said do you mind if I take a few more I said no So he took lots more and I asked him if he would do a professional bikini shoot on the beach at sunrise for me, he said yes- ofcourse Check out his phenomenal work

07.01.2022 I never in my wildest dreams could have imagined I would be where I am today at the beginning of 2020. - After my marriage abruptly & devastatingly ended - Afte...r grieving through COVID19 lockdown - After losing all of my income Then to get back up and begin again - By reaching out to Karen Clarke and working through limiting beliefs that didn’t serve me and letting old patterns go forever. - By pivoting back to personal training and giving back to the community through my Free Happy Home Workouts during lockdown. - By focussing on my fitness, nutrition and experiencing a massive shift in my physical, emotional/mental well being. Today I finished a 16 week personal challenge for myself. To be in the BEST SHAPE of MY LIFE. At 54 I have achieved that, but most importantly is not how I look, but how amazing I feel. 02.01.2022 Wow wow wow the universe is extraordinary. It all started with an amazing complimentary massage from the wonderful Helen Ann May. Then I decided I wanted to... offer Helen the position of exclusive in house masseuse to my Airbnb guests that stay. Helen suggested i buy a massage table to have onsite for her to use as necessary. Searching on Facebook marketplace I found a massage table at a good price close to home (just over the NSW boarder). The elderly couple selling it even offered to meet me in Coolangatta so I didn’t need to apply for a boarder pass. Waiting for me with the massage table in tow we did the transaction and just as I was ready to leave John (Bluey) Martin casually said - oh that table has had some pretty famous bodies on it. Ofcourse I spun around with baited breath to hear the story. Bluey was the Strapper for the Brisbane Broncoes and had these legends and many more on the massage table I have just bought.
