25.01.2022 ABUNDANCE My word for 2020 is Abundance... And it’s come in so many ways, shapes and forms. ... I don’t subscribe to 2020 being a sh*ful year. I choose my own path. Yes there were challenging times, times where I fell to my knees - and each of these times forged something magnificent within me. 2020 has presented me with so much Abundance I love that setting a yearly intention gives me a lens to see the year through. I’ve RECEIVED: Abundance of support - this year more than ever, I let (and asked for) people to support me Abundance of time with my kids and hubby - it healed that part of me that was devastated when I needed to put them in childcare as toddlers to work, and has deepened our closeness Abundance of frustration - that showed me I truly need alone time, and plenty of time to work creatively, both of these things make me feel good Abundance of wealth through unexpected avenues, enabling our dream home to come alive Abundance of fortitude, strength and resilience Abundance of amazing experiences with people and places and synchronicities, especially when taking leaps of faith Abundance of being taken care of - interestingly by many amazing men - from my husband and Dad, my surgeon and GP, my friend and my gorgeous son in my tender moments Abundance of emotional support by my Mum and family, my close friends and soul sisters Abundance of soul mate clients, including many who have seen me previously and also many new ones Abundance of puppy love from our old girl Tess and our new girl Honey Bunny Abundance of courage to explore new parts within myself Abundance of L I G H T that fills me and fuels me and gives me everything that I need to feel loved, taken care of and able to powerfully create my life My wish and hope is that you can leave 2020 feeling lighter, stronger and clearer - ready with an open heart and optimistic mind about the goodness to embrace 2021! 24.01.2022 I’ve had a massive day in the tipi today with back to back clients, after a massive day with the family, towards the end of a massive week, and a massive year! Ya hear me?! But hot diggity dawg my heart is full! I’ll be resting my head on the pillow tonight knowing that I’ve given my all today. My heart is full. I am deeply content knowing I am making a difference, in my own unique way. ... #leadership #getready #liveyourbestlife

18.01.2022 Over-reacting? Let me tell you a lil somethin’ bout that... My darling, when you think you are overreacting, when you believe your reaction is disproportionate.... I PROMISE YOU, this is NOT the case. On a superficial level, if you take what is being presented then maybe you (or they) might see you as overreacting. But you are not!!!... When we really get to the heart of what’s going on for you, it becomes VERY UNDERSTANDABLE why you’re feeling the way you are. There is good bloody reason for your reaction. There are never any overreactions, nor are there disproportionate reactions. Now, my love, can you be compassionate enough with yourself to get to the heart of what’s really going on for you? Trust your emotions. Trust your heart. They are guiding you to something deeper
