25.01.2022 We have had a big week on the farm this week... One thing happening is that we have some Ham, bacon, and pork available just in time for Christmas!! If you would like some free range pork let us know! Prices in the comments.

24.01.2022 The Beef is getting closer... We are now taking orders for our grass fed beef boxes. Beef comes in 10kg boxes of mixed cuts, prepared by our butcher. Boxes are $180 each. It should be ready for pick up by the end of the week or delivery from next week. Thank you!

24.01.2022 From our paddock to our plate! I have never cooked a turkey before, so I had a go for New Years Eve dinner... I think this one turned out pretty well... and I have discovered that I love turkey!!! I even had a go at stuffing... :) What is something you have had a go at cooking for the first time... how did it go?

22.01.2022 Another four little pigs went to Cowra. These four pigs will return at the end of the week, or early next week as Ham, Bacon, Shoulder Roast, Chops and sausages. If you would like some pork on your fork - please let us know what you would like... We are offering half or whole pig or individual cuts. Prices in comments. Thanks for your support.

I will be making a trip to Wollongong either the last week of June or the first week of July so if you are in or between Orange and Wollongong let me know and I can deliver to you too. 08.01.2022 Delivery Update - Orange friends, If you would like any ham We will be coming to town Tuesday 18th Dec. All hams are 1/2 legs, fresh and cryovac'd so will keep till Christmas... If you'd like one, please let me know by 7.30am Tuesday 18th.

07.01.2022 The wait for the weights is over... well done to Leanne and Col and Brenda who guessed the smallest weight :) The Bacon and eggs was the best way for me to show you the sizes of the eggs... Biggest egg top left, Smallest egg top right... no double Yolkers this time!! But home grown bacon and eggs was delicious!!

06.01.2022 After a dry spell, we are now taking orders for Beef and Lamb! Sorry for the wait... 10kg beef boxes and half or whole lamb are both selling at $18/kg. We still have some pork, ham and Bacon in the freezer too if you are interested. Please let us know. Thanks all.

05.01.2022 In other exciting farm news, our beautiful Lexi, one of our Maremma's, had her first litter of 8 puppies 2 weeks ago! She is a lovely Mum to these pups and they are all doing really well. :)
