18.01.2022 It’s all happening in Donnybrook this weekend. Many of our artists are busy on the Preston Valley Art Trail and some have even opened up their home studios in Donnybrook. Helen Reading and Jackie MacFarlane are neighbours and they have two lovely studios side by side. Drop in and see them at 26 Cora Street, Donnybrook 10am - 4pm.

10.01.2022 Did you know that we sell clothing at the Donnybrook Artisans? Well, we do . We have Eco dyed dresses and tops along with yoga tees and tanks for women. Colourful hand knitted and crocheted cardigans, jumpers, dresses and shawls for young and old. We also have lovely cotton rompers, dresses, skirts and pants for young children. You’ll even find beautiful smocked clothing. Most of these items are one of a kind and changing regularly so pop in and take a look .

05.01.2022 Gorgeous mosaics!

04.01.2022 The Robin Inkpen Textile Prize is a $450 prize for an outstanding textile art piece. The prize is in memory of Robin Inkpen. Robin was an avid textile artist ...and she actually won First Prize at the inaugural Colour Exhibition. The Colour Exhibition is an initiative of the Donnybrook Arts and Crafts Group which Robin was President of for several years. During her life Robin promoted arts and crafts in her local community always encouraging and mentoring anyone interested in learning more. See more

04.01.2022 C’mon Donnybrook let’s see what we can do too! We have a water tank that looks like an apple on the horizon as you come in to town, the Fruit Barn has some wonderful murals and the Wellington Dam is literally being painted as you read. What else can we do? It doesn’t have to be a grain silo it could simply be a water tank, a toilet block, our shop alleyways or ????
