19.01.2022 Just in time... I have finished my handout for all the workshop attendees for tomorrow's event: Free Yourself From Overthinking. The Handouts are exceptionally ...informative and a must know if you are an Overthinker. It explains in detail, why overthinking could also be a physiological issue. If you are low in certain neurotransmitters, for example, GABA then you will have a hard time calming your overstimulated mind. I see this a lot in Depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental illness. If you want to learn more and get a copy that explains all neurotransmitters and their role, signs of deficiency, causes of deficiencies, foods to boost neurotransmitters, and more, then come along to the workshop.
