20.01.2022 Feeling a bit wonky? Yep, so are we after reading the 2020 national organ donor outcomes. 2020 was not a great year to be waiting for an organ transplant. Organ donation and transplant rates dropped 12%. This means there were 153 less kidneys, 34 less livers and 25 less lungs gifted.... 1650 Aussies are currently on the waitlist and another 12,000+ people are currently on dialysis and may need a kidney transplant. Thanks COVID.
