Call to pre-order and pick up on those said dates! Ingredients: glutinous rice, pork, mushrooms and chestnuts... Story behind Rice Dumplings: Zongzi (rice dumpling) A notable part of celebrating Dragon Boat Festival is making and eating zongzi with family members and friends. People traditionally wrap zongzi in leaves of bamboo, lotus, or banana forming a pyramid shape. The leaves also give a special aroma and flavor to the sticky rice and fillings. Choices of fillings vary depending on regions. Southern regions in China prefer savory zongzi, with a variety of fillings including marinated pork belly, sausage and salted duck eggs. The reason why the Chinese eat zongzi on this special day is because they are considered as a symbol of luck, as the pronunciation of zong is very similar to the pronunciation of zhong (). This character has a positive connotation, used in words such as (winning a prize or a mini prize).

12.01.2022 Hi everyone, This post is non-food related. We have some customers asking us about the FaceMasks worn by our waitresses. It is made and import from South Korea. We bought it after we looked at the available options locally and abroad. We were after face masks that is able to protect, comfortable to wear all day, and value for money. That's the reason why we decided to try this, and are loving it thus far....
