01.01.2022 Support The Good Samaritan Donkey Rescue The Good Samaritan Donkey Rescue organisation is organising their major annual fundraiser - Christmas In July - and are taking bookings now for this event. They are a non-profit charity devoted to the welfare of donkeys by rescuing and caring for the abused and unwanted ones.... You can support the donkeys by attending a traditional Christmas lunch. Or better still, make it a weekend away and visit the wineries, Dungog and Morpeth. The donkeys need you and your friends and we have had it reported that their Christmas in July is the best, with the tastiest food and biggest laughs.
