Give this workout a try: 5 Pull Ups (Assisted or Unassisted - be sure to pick a weight that is challenging) 10 Push Ups (Done on Floor from toes or knees) 15 Squats See if you can beat the trainer! I got 11 rounds in 20min. Triceps are like rocks after this.... *remember to warm up before hand and take breaks and water when you need it* Have Fun! See more
