14.01.2022 Just wanted to say a massive thank you to ALL the fire departments that have been working around the clock to keep our little town and surrounding villages and homes safe.in my 50 years, i have never seen conditions like we are facing now.Having seen the forecast for thur,Fri and Sat, please take time to enact your fire plans for if shit hits the fan, unfortunately , there is still a crazy amount of forest area around here that has the potential to "go up" if conditions take a turn for the worst. Please stay safe, and lets hope that we get some of that wet stuff that used to fall out of the sky when we were kids soon. Doogle :(

13.01.2022 Did you know? it is illegal to fly a drone at night, within 30 meters of a person or house, never over a crowd. This year ,just like cars, we will be required to register our drones. Im already a certified drone pilot with CASA. Unfortunately ,its the rouge pilots who are ruining this great hobby for the rest of us. please obey the laws when flying, so we can all continue to enjoy this awesome hobby :)

07.01.2022 Something a little different ,Mount Darrah , Ive got to say its enough to make you cry seeing it like this (no aerial shots at the moment as its all been declared a no fly zone ) its like this from top too bottom ,so so sad to see a number of houses that were lost too this horror , I was very surprised to see a tree on fire still after all the rain
