13.01.2022 As many couples are now entering into relationships later in life and bringing independently accumulated assets into the relationship, the question of how pre-marital assets are treated during a marriage breakdown is increasingly common. Understanding how pre-marital assets are divided after a separation and understanding your rights in respect to joint assets is important prior to making any lasting decisions. Principal & Managing Director Lisa Wagner, and Family Lawyer, Stuart Colderick of Doolan Wagner Family Lawyers explore these considerations in relation to a recent case in their co-authored article. Read the full article here on the Insights page of our website: https://www.familylawyersdw.com.au/how-are-pre-relationshi/
