22.01.2022 NEW UPDATE: THURSDAY 13 AUGUST Some further information has been made available after consultation with NSW Health this evening regarding the second COVID case. If you were on premises at our DOOLEYS Lidcombe venue during the following dates and times below, you are considered a Close Contact and will be required to self-isolate for 14 days and get tested for COVID-19 at the earliest. ... Friday 7 August 5:00pm Saturday 8 August 6:30am Saturday 8 August between 4:30pm 11:30pm Sunday 9 August between 1:00pm 9:00pm Monday 10 August between 12:00pm 9:30pm We have provided a list of the names and contact details of anyone that was present at our Lidcombe venue during the dates and times mentioned above to NSW Health. A member of NSW Health will be in contact with you in the next 24 hours to discuss your responsibilities and any course of action required in this matter. 22.01.2022 LATEST UPDATE: TUESDAY 18 AUGUST Over the weekend, NSW Health has contacted many of our members and employees who were present at our Lidcombe venue as they continue their work around contact tracing. It is our understanding that there have been no further COVID cases detected since we made the decision to close last Thursday (13th August). We encourage everyone to remain vigilant in looking out for any symptoms, and if you are required to, please self-isolate and get te...sted. Update to NSW Health Advice (16th August) NSW Health has updated their advice pertaining to DOOLEYS Lidcombe. If you were at DOOLEYS Lidcombe venue for at least 1 hour during any of the times below, you must self-isolate and get tested and stay isolated for 14 days after your last day at the venue within these dates. 19.01.2022 DOOLEYS takes the health and safety of its employees, members and guests very seriously and the Management team has taken immediate action to implement the following precautionary measures due to notification of a positive case of Covid-19 at our Lidcombe Club venue. Immediate closure of DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club, the Health & Fitness Centre and the Administration office to allow for deep cleaning of the whole property. 08.01.2022 After a challenging two weeks, we are delighted to be reopening our Lidcombe venue today and welcoming back our members! Behind the scenes we have been preparing the Club for our reopening under the directive of NSW Health. Additional measures have been put into place with your safety in mind. As such, from today onwards, only members will be permitted to enter the Club at Lidcombe. Visitors will have the option to sign up at the door should they wish to enter. Please note ...this measure only applies to our Lidcombe venue with members and non-members permitted to enter our Regents Park and Waterview venues. To ensure the ongoing safety of our members and adhere to NSW Health Guidelines our COVID Safe measures will remain in place. 06.01.2022 Overnight a cleaning crew commenced the deep clean of our DOOLEYS Lidcombe venue, Health & Fitness Centre and Administration buildings in line with SafeWork Guidelines and advice from NSW Health. The work continues this morning and we should be able provide updates on its progress, as well as a reopening time, shortly. Thanks to all our Members for your patience and support!

A decision has been made to close DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club, DOOLEYS Health & Fitness Centre and the Administration building. It is important to note that it is yet unclear whether these two cases are linked. We have taken this precautionary measure in the interest of the health and safety of employees..., members and guests, as we await further advice and directives from NSW Health regarding this COVID case.
