21.01.2022 R&D Saturdays, We have been busy today in trying out some new Makita gear. We got our hands on the router base for the trimmer and tried it out on our jigs. Extremely impressed with how it went, It has a 16mm trace guild fitted with a 12mm router bit. The results where great.... 3 passes and the hinge is routed out. quick clean up with our corner chisel. Bottom hinge is using 6mm, Top hinge cut out is with the router base. See more

09.01.2022 A client came to us asking for a custom lock jig. We designed a new jig to suit a standard door latch but complete with the lock template to suit Dorma 5300 Series door handles. If you find you install the same handles over and over and still use a paper template and wish to make things faster and easier please get in touch.... Very cost efficient to have some made.

07.01.2022 Hey Guys, I have had a few phone calls over the past week asking how you can use a milwaukee trimmer on our jigs, the truth is at the moment you cant. Milwaukee dont make template guides to suit their trimmer. I am however working on a new base plate to replace the milwaukee one that will take the Makita Template guilde. Stay tuned if you have one of these trimmers.... Feel free to send me an email if you need one and ill add you to the growing list.
