NOW is the time to re-adjust, plan and create content with WOW factor to set your business up for success post COVID. A few tips to get you started: 1. Take another look at your company values, missions, goals and key messages - you'll be surprised how often they need tweaking.... 2. Ensure you know who your ideal customer is. Be curious and note not only who they are, but what their problems are and how you fit into the picture to solve them. Tailor your content to meet where they are in their journey. 3. Now is a great pocket of time to reassess or design your website if it no longer meets your needs. This is often your first point of contact with your customer. Your content may need reworking if its been a little neglected over the past year. Think about how to stand out & be bold!

06.01.2022 R U OK (day)? It's ok to not be ok. So often we give the automated response that we're fine, when the reality is that we could use a hand, someone to listen or a hug. ... There's ALWAYS a solution to every problem, there's ALWAYS eventually light at the end of the tunnel....you just have to get there, with the help of your family, friends & professionals if need be. 2020 is the year we really need to start communicating with one another. REALLY communicating, warts and all. Not being ok can get ugly really quickly, take it from someone who has lost a family member to it.
