11.01.2022 Some of the reasons why I love this oil so much 1. When I feel anxious I apply this to my wrists and my neck and it always helps to calm me down no matter what. 2. It is very grounding and helps take the edge of some of the more stressful things in my life... 3. It has a unique fragrance which I love, this of course is just another added bonus Here is 3 ways I use this oil, I'd love to hear how others are using it too. I most commonly use it in my diffuser I put 2 drops on my pillow before I put the pillow cover on I apply it to my skin, on my wrists, hands & temple.
