10.01.2022 Being in isolation at the moment, Im struggling some days to keep my water intake up, so out have come some of my favourite oils to add to my water, sometimes I do one oil, other times I do a combo, added flavour to my water and added benefits for my body!!

08.01.2022 I dont know what your weather has been like, but we are having lots of windy rainy days, which has left the house smelling less than fresh, so today I mixed up my own carpet deodorizer and left it on for a couple of hours before vacuuming, house smells fantastic now!!!
