23.01.2022 My friend Madelyn turned 30 recently & celebrated in style. Cake was Choc Peppermint & Lemon Zest with Lemon Curd. Happy Birthday Miss Maddy!

23.01.2022 Congratulations Mr & Mrs Deaves! What a day you chose to get married, sunshine, wind & rain, but I bet it made no difference to your happy celebrations at The Yoga Retreat, Mystery Bay. Everything looked wonderful. Cake was a Chocolate Mud semi naked with chocolate dribbles & lots of lovely natives to compliment the theme. All my very best wishes for a wonderful future together. I must add, that the gorgeous cake stand was made by the clever Groom!

18.01.2022 Two quite different Wedding cakes for the weekend... A lovely little two tier Chocolate Mud & White Chocolate mud decorated with natives, & delivered to the delightful Mimiosa Winery. And... Just so I could channel my inner Monet, a lovely three tier Chocolate Mud, Raspberry White Chocolate & Caramel Mud Cake for the Wedding of a delightful couple who celebrated at Camel Rock Brewery that was beautifully decorated by the lovely bride.This cake was my first attempt at palette knife decorating, a daunting but enjoyable experience. Hope it was enjoyed. Congratulations to both couples.

18.01.2022 This little pretty was delivered to the Coach House Batemans Bay into the gorgeous upstairs Dining Room for the Wedding of Steph & Charlie. Buttercream covered Lemon Zest Cake with Lemon Curd & Buttercream filling. All my best wishes for a happy future together.

17.01.2022 Congratulations Jess & Damian. This cake was the Brides Brother & his Wifes' Wedding gift. It was thoughtfully chosen be Jacqui (AKA Sister in Law), & we had a lot of fun getting from concept to cake. Green being Jess' favourite colour, Lego the couples hobby, & the figures chosen to match the cufflinks of the men in the Wedding party. The cake was two sided. Front included the couples monograms, decorated with Waratahs & topped with a Lego Bride & Groom. Once the cake was tu...rned around, It revealed walls of Lego Bricks & the Lego Superheros. Cake was tiers of Chocolate Mud, Lemon Zest & Rainbow Buttercream. Happy days. See more

16.01.2022 Congratulations Mia & Bill. Don't think Cobargo Show Pavillion ever looked better, even at Show time. Cake was Chocolate Mud, Cookies & Cream & Coc Peppermint decorated with handcrafted flowers on buttercream with a customised topper made by Adhorn Creations. Watched Mia & her bridesmaid arrive in a lovely little horse drawn trap. Was absolutely lovely. All my best wishes for a wonderful future together.

16.01.2022 Congratulations! Your Wedding was almost completely sabotaged by the weather, but I've heard that no one even noticed. Hope you had a great day. Never saw an Oyster Shed look better. Hope you loved your Cake. Three tiers of yummy fruitiness (a Dot concoction), with Birch Bark buttercream effect, & a cute little butter cake alongside for Ivy who was turning one. Decorated withProtea, Gum Leaves & Natives. Loads of good wishes from me!

09.01.2022 Congratulations Romy & Hayden! Married in the sunshine at the (as usual) beautifully decorated Coach House Batemans Bay. The cake was three tiers of Chocolate Mud, Carrot & Butter cake & decorated with beading, (edible of course) to replicate the beading on the brides gown. Hope you loved it. 08.01.2022 Little Lambs Bermi & Tuross has celebrated another Graduation last night. Deb, Ash & their team produced another amazing event for their Graduates. Decor was, as usual, perfect & amazing. Strawberry flavoured cake, purple inside, to match the Dr Seuss theme. What fun it was to make!

06.01.2022 And to finish off the weekend... three birthdays. * A cute little Chocolate Mud with tools & sawdust (also a bunch of black screws in the front that you can’t see because the photo is to dark) for Kruz, to celebrate his 3rd Birthday. Kruz has a brand new brother so he probably appreciated feeling extra special. Hope he enjoyed his cake. * Kates 30th was celebrated with a Chocolate Mud with buttercream & fresh flowers, & organised by her friend Marshia. So pretty. * Lastly, a... so pretty White Chocolate Mud cake with hand crafted sugar flowers for Riana who came from Sydney to celebrate at La Bocca Restaurant Narooma. Rianas' Husband Travis put an incredible amount of thought into her celebrations & choosing her cake & gift, so I hope the evening was a blast. 02.01.2022 Anyone for liver? This is by far the most unusual cake I’ve made. The story behind it is no ones business , but couldn’t resist putting it on. Was a lot of fun to make, particularly because I’ve never seen a human liver. Inside was chocolate mud & raspberry cake. Big love to the recipient! Hope you all had a fun evening.
