20.01.2022 Last weekend was possibly the last time I’ll be chartering for a while with the restrictions on social contact and travel that have come in this week . We went out with a bang on the reefies with a swag of quality Red Emperor and other mixed Reef Fish and on Saturday we did something a bit different that I’ll leave for another post. All the best to everyone in the current events especially those on the front lines and remember we’re all in this together. I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone for a fish when the world gets back to normal. Stay safe and healthy

19.01.2022 Well they say that lightning doesn’t strike the same place twice but... In March last year Joe caught a monster Reef Jack at 91cm with me in the Riptide the biggest I’ve ever heard of being caught in the daytime and I doubted that I would ever see another one as big, the other day 20 months later this Jack whisperers done it again coming out on the new boat and caught another another monster Jack of exactly the same size 91cm and over 11kg that’s simply mind blowing how the h...ell does one person have so much luck!!! To do it once is the fish of a lifetime twice is probably less likely than winning lotto twice, he’s definitely the Jack king . I’ve included a sounder pic of the reef that the latest one was caught at and it’s results like this from the Simrad and installation by the team at Suncoast Marine Electrical makes catching fish like this possible See more

09.01.2022 Pretty happy with this bite to start things off after the snapper closure. Looks like it’s worked and stocks are back in plague proportions again. No need for it next year
