08.01.2022 Banana cupcakes with walnuts (Piesang Kolwyntjies) 125 g Stork Bake 250 ml castor sugar... 2 eggs 5 m vanlla Essence 4 ripe bananas,mashed 500 ml Cake Flour, sifted 5ml baking powder 5ml bicarbonate soda disolve in 125 ml hot water Cream stork bake & sugar until light & creamy add eggs one at a time beating well stir in vanilla ess & mashed bananas Add flour & baking powder followed by bicarbonate soda disolve in water Mix until well combined Spoon into muffin tray and bake on 180C for 20-25 min Prepared by Feriel Sonday Recipe of late Faldila Williams More Cape Malay Recipe book
