11.01.2022 Changes to face mask rules Yesterday’s announcements meant no changes for regional Victoria. Many were hoping that getting to zero would mean changes for gyms, indoor pools, indoor entertainment venues, hospitality and other restricted businesses. ... Unfortunately this did not occur yesterday. However, it was announced that Victorians must now ONLY wear a fitted face mask of two-ply+ material or a surgical mask. Wearing other face coverings such as: a shield scarf gator or bandana will NOT be allowed after a grace period of two weeks.
