23.01.2022 Motivation Things go wrong every day, we must keep on going, we must push the delete button sometimes so as we can have a reset, what happens when you delete something on your computer, where does it go? Into the trash, how to set that up in our mind, how do we change our thinking? Everybody has the opportunity to change it is all about mindset, how we get up in the morning doesn’t have to determine our day.... Do you have trouble staying on track, if so type yes?

13.01.2022 You need to believe that you can do what your dream and goals are. Who are the action takers and who are the excuse makers? When is the right time?... There is never a right time, only now Change your mindset, get out of your comfort zone, you can do it 50% of the time we do things we like to do, 50% of the time we do things we don’t like to do.

07.01.2022 Your Story is Key If you take failure to personally we associate failure as being a bigger story than what it has to be. We beat ourselves up about not being good enough. This is our mind playing tricks on us, if you keep on telling yourself that you are not good enough you will start to believe it. What would it mean to you if you can get past the story that you are not good enough, start believing that you are good enough. Are these stories factual or are they your believe ...system? Start separating your story from the facts. Write the fact’s down, read them over and over again, not the limiting belief system that you may have been told by someone. When you have uncovered your story, you will come to realise that it is just a story, and a story can be re written with a more positive outcome. Take risks, learn from your mistakes.
