15.01.2022 We are now offering Post Natal Doula services. What is that you might say, well it is great after a c- section at birth or if you have had multiple babies or just need more support. A post natal doula offer help in many ways from doing a quick shop for groceries to supporting you emotionally and physically to asisting you and teaching you and your partner to transition with the new baby/ies to become a positive happy family. Great suppport for those without family or pare...nts who are not able to help due to their own health issues or are in far away places. I personally experineced this support after our twins and it did make me feel supported as my own family are in New Zealand and couldnt make the journey to assist us in the early days.
