22.01.2022 Christmas Safety Week - Days 2 & 3

21.01.2022 I feel like I have to be one of the luckiest business owners around - the love and support I receive from my swimming families is phenomenal, especially after the year we’ve all just endured!! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the many beautiful cards and gifts I have received over the last week but more importantly, I thank you for allowing me to teach your children a skill for life I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I hope that 2021 is a little kinder to us all. Enjoy this time with your families and if you are travelling please stay safe on the roads. See you all again in the New Year

21.01.2022 I’ve been a bit busy this month and have totally forgotten my October birthdays. So, I hope you had a great day Lenny and to Harry.S and Emmeline, enjoy your special day

20.01.2022 Good morning all Well, here we are halfway through Term 4 already and Christmas coming at a speed a little too hasty for my liking........what a year it has been!!! A few reminders/matters for your attention: * SAFETY WEEK - Next week from the 16th - 20th of November will be our Christmas themed Safety Week. I will message everyone next weekend as a reminder to you all.... * RE-ENROLMENT FOR 2021 - Next week I will also have re-enrolment forms for those people that will be returning in 2021. A lot of the older children are now ready to move on to the bigger pool and I will speak to those concerned next week. * OPERATING HOURS 2021 - I will be making some changes to my operating hours in 2021. Further information will be provided with your re-enrolment form. * SAFETY BOARDS - A few people have asked what the boards are that I have been showing the kids at the end of every lesson. These are filled will safety messages and tips that I have been discussing with the children to teach them about water safety in different environments - the pool, around the home, boating and the beach. I take the last 5 minutes of our lesson to talk about the dangers that can be found in these environments and how we can stay safe. I am passionate about keeping children safe around the water and find that the kids get really involved and love answering the questions I ask them. If you feel this is a waste of time or not important, then perhaps my swim school is not for you and your children. * SWIMMERS OF THE WEEK: Finally a big congratulations to my Swimmers of the Week. WEEK 1: Harrison, Phoebe, Eve, Darcy, Maya and Isla. WEEK 2: Amelia, Dan, Makayla, Isla, Maizie (and one other yet to receive his award). WEEK 3: Emmeline, Annie, Jim, Lenny, Annabelle, Darcie (and one other yet to receive his award).

16.01.2022 Happy Birthday to everyone celebrating in November. I hope you have a great day Lola, Maizie, Hunter, Eve, Lillian and Isabella.W

07.01.2022 Another emotional week coming up for me as I once again have to say goodbye to some of my swimming stars as they move onto the next stage of their swimming. You have all made me very proud with the progress you have made to become the swimmers you are today. To all those families moving on from here, I’d like to say thank you for your continued support and friendship and for giving me the opportunity to teach your children to swim

05.01.2022 Proud to say I possess these exact qualities and have built my business to what it is today by using them

05.01.2022 Hi everyone So we only have another 2 weeks left of this term and another year of swimming is done and dusted (although, I’m pretty sure we can just write off this year as a bad experience ) A reminder to all of those families that will be returning in 2021 to return your re-enrolment forms by the 4th of December. This week we are back to our structured lessons, however, for the last week of Term next week, I have decided to try to end the year with a bit of fun for the kids... after what has been a pretty confusing year for them all. We will have some Christmas games to play and I have designed a Safety Obstacle Course for the older kids, (they'll still be learning, they just won't realise it! ). There will also be a little treat for them under the Christmas tree upon finishing their last lesson. Thanks again to you all for your continued support See more

02.01.2022 Reminder to all that this coming week is our Christmas themed Safety Week. As with previous Safety Weeks I prefer the children to be dressed in clothes rather than swimmers. I do not allow goggles for Safety Week as children need to be able to open their eyes underwater without the use of goggles. It is not imperative that they wear Christmas clothes, I just use a theme to make it a little more fun for the kids! I will also have a re-enrolment form for Term 1 lessons in 2021 which I will need completed and returned before the 4th of December, if you wish to continue with lessons for your child. There will also be a form for anyone interested in their child attending my Intensive Program in January. See you all for Safety Week

01.01.2022 All ready for our last week of swimming and our Christmas games. Even Santa might have left the children a little something
