23.01.2022 Hello everyone It is once again that we are the bearer of sad news Colin Col Cormick sadly passed away Tuesday morning.... Col was a life member of the Doveton North cricket club and from all reports a player that could do it all and did. Col was in every sense of the term, a mans man. An old school person that had respect for all that treated him and others with respect. Col worked hard all his life and asked for nothing in return and was father figure to a lot of people at Power rd. 2 of his sons Pete and Dave also played a lot of cricket at Power rd. On behalf of all players, committee and friends of the Doveton North C.C our thoughts and hearts go out to the entire Cormick family at this sad time. RIP Colin Cormick

21.01.2022 The Doveton North Cricket Club AGM will be held at the clubrooms on WEDNESDAY 3rd of APRIL, with a 7 PM start. Come down and have your say about the future direction of the club, and to reflect on the season just finished. 16.01.2022 Hi everyone, I’m writing to you all to ask for a favour. The Doveton Nth C.C. that you once played for has hit hard times and would like something from you all if possible. I am asking you all (if you can) to make a small donation of between $25 & $100 to help with the lettering on the new honour board that was donated by the Dinger family. This has been mounted on a wall at Power Rd, blank for the last 3-4 seasons and Rin and I would like to have it filled in.... I reckon this is a small thing to ask considering the good times, laughs, beers and tears we all had at this club. Some of you will find your names on this honour board so please think about it. We will have an unveiling once we have completed it, with a couple of beers and finger food, these details will be sent out later. 04.01.2022 Hi All, I hope you have had a good break from cricket, but its almost time to get back into the swing of things with preseason. We will be starting training indoor on Monday 5th of August, 7:00-8:00 pm @ Icon Arena.... These sessions will be commencing every Monday night until the 9th of September. 02.01.2022 Hi everyone It is with a sad and heavy heart that we say goodbye to a friend, club legend and Life member Billy Guelen Bill passed away just before 6pm tonight Billy was a club legend in every sense of the word. ... A great guy that would help when he could, give advice when required and always had and enjoyed a laugh. Billy always had a smile on his face and usually had a smoke and or beer in hand All that knew Billy, light a smoke or have a beer for him Love you and will miss you Billy The committee, Life members and players of the Doveton Nth C.
