24.01.2022 Remember that job we were working on down at Port Elliot at the end of summer?.... Well I just realised we never posted this video So check it out. In this project we incorporated an automatic irrigation system, a limestone seating area, a recycled hardwood boardwalk, a drystone retaining wall, an old red brick pavement, buffalo lawn (with steel edging), native plants & advanced trees and finally, rich, organic mulch. Design by our client

15.01.2022 Hi everyone We just finished up stage one of our Willunga project. Watch this short video to see the end result. ... We’ll post a few before and after photos soon *Sorry for the poor quality video. Devastatingly, Facebook chewed it all up.

14.01.2022 Exciting news.... We have just become a supplier of Elephant Bricks! What are Elephant Bricks you are wondering?... They are handmade sandstock bricks. Made using the same techniques they used pre 1920. They are full of character, and there is quite a variety to choose from. From standard old red bricks, to glazed brick tiles, right through to Roman style bricks. There’s a brick for everyone ... Give us a buzz if you would like to take a look or place an order.

14.01.2022 Here is a small job we completed using Willunga Slate. We built a set of large steps with two drystone walls either side and laid a small slate verandah. Scroll through the photos to see how it looked before we started.

13.01.2022 Here is a garden you might remember?... We designed and constructed this space just ten months ago! Last week we were lucky enough to go back there, to give everything a bit of a trim and some fertiliser. We are very pleased by how everything is growing AND.... four out of the five xanthorrhoeas (grass trees) that we planted are flowering! Xanthorrhoeas often take 20 years or more to produce there first flower, and they need just the right conditions to do so (after bushfires etc). This is the sort of stuff that gets us super pumped to design more gardens!

11.01.2022 Here’s a project that we started recently for Catalyst Homes. 95sqm of crazy pave to lay inside and outside. Fiddly work but the boys are doing a great job Put your sound on to get the full effect of this video.... some inspirational music to see us through to the end of the day Photos to come

11.01.2022 Here’s a project that we just finished up last week. It’s a new Krivic House Design, so they will be displaying it for the first month (September). So if you want to see some of our work, or take a look at the architectural build, then be sure to stop by. It is quite a basic garden design but that is what the architect was after. We have incorporated automatic irrigation, automatic lighting, willunga slate, luscious bamboo, citrus, a quince and a few hundred year old xanthor...rhoeas. Let us know if you have any questions regarding this job We are looking forwards to seeing this garden fill out. More photos to come...

11.01.2022 You know that project we were working on with the big limestone blocks? Well here are the photos we promised Our lovely clients wanted the shrubbery and steep slope cut back so it can be easily maintained and more light can be let in. We did just that and rebuilt the uneven stairs that were there. Scroll through the photos to see how it was before we started.... ....We are currently working on stage three of this project now- the car park (photos to come)

Digging the reeds out of the creek and clearing / excavating a portion on the front yard A drystone wall and steps by the creek Compressed quarry sand paths with corten edging A hardwood batten screen Kikuyu lawn And paving (behind the screen)

10.01.2022 Ta-da! We have finished up laying the slate for Catalyst Homes at Port Willunga. It was a long slow job but definitely worth the end result We’re looking forwards to seeing more photos once the house is finished... the kitchen is getting built on top of some of the slate work inside

07.01.2022 Here’s a quick follow up video of the water feature that we posted yesterday. You need to see the video to get the full effect of the water trickling down the slate. *Put your sound on

06.01.2022 This week we’ve been building a retaining wall with 150kg limestone blocks. Check out this little video to see our process of maneuvering the blocks from A to B

02.01.2022 Here’s a rustic water feature and stone seat we just completed for the Aldinga Secret Garden. We’re looking forwards to seeing it with lilies bobbing about and bougainvilleas growing up behind (we’ve run wires in between the posts for the bougainvillea). And it is going to be paved with old reds in front
