Students Molly and Lochie gave a presentation about having Trisomy 21 to 1000 senior students as well giving out the delicious muffins that they baked. 14.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS: We are pleased to announce that the Australian Government Department of Health have confirmed that adults with Down syndrome are definitely inclu...ded in Phase 1B of the vaccination rollout, regardless of whether they have any other health conditions or not. It is an important acknowledgement that people with Down syndrome are at an increased risk from COVID-19, and that the government have listened to our concerns.

12.01.2022 Movement and Dance was the theme of todays Up Up & Away session for teens with Down syndrome and their families. Everyone shared their favourite ways to move and special dance moves and we all danced along. 09.01.2022 Our friends at Scrapheap Adventure Ride will be holding a World Down Syndrome Day Ride to Canowindra in Central NSW on the weekend of 20-21st March. We would like to invite our members to join us for a BBQ breakfast (supported by the local Lions Club) at the Showgrounds on Sunday 21st March it’s a chance to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day and meet some of the Down Syndrome NSW team, fellow members and Scrapheap riders.
