25.01.2022 To introduce (or re-aquaint) you to our whole range of chocolates, every day we'll be featuring three chocolates from our range with some information about them. The first today is our Vanilla Butter Crunch. Tiny chocolate cups filled with Vanilla butter cream made with pure seeded vanilla paste & crushed cacao nibs and topped with a baby chocolate heart-in milk,dark or white. The Second is our Dark Knight. He's been our mystery chocolate from the beginning, an earthy slig...htly salty fresh cream ganache centre in milk or dark. Over one hundred customers have tried it & only four have guessed what the dark secret is :) & our Third chocolate for today is a long time favourite, our own lush caramel, made in-house and moulded into Mahjong tiles. We have the complete Asian gameset - not western though, no flowers or season tiles :) An ideal gift for all those Mahjong fans out there. See more

It was hard saying farewell to my beloved air-brushed 'roo', however due to most people thinking our cacao pod was anything from a mango or paw-paw right up to 'some kind of vegetable'(because of the leaves), we decided on something a lot simpler & to the point. We trust our new logo will reflect the pure, simple nature of our products, nothing artificial, ever! As well as our genuine true-blue commitment to exceptional customer service.

Whisky Truffle: We fill a dark chocolate shell with a blend of Scotch Whisky & Drambuie liqueur. This liquid centre will warm you up. (also Vegan)... Honey Bourbon: A rich cacao butter ganache made with smooth honeyed bourbon Whiskey Liqueur in a little chocolate cup, in dark, milk or white chocolate.

08.01.2022 Today's featured trio of chocolates are: Lavender Delight, In milk, white or dark, this cacao butter rich centre is infused with Australian Lavender oil from Aloomba Lavender. Chilli Shiraz: A rich Shiraz wine jelly with chilli and pepperberry, not too hot, so everyone can enjoy it. Nuts for Pistachio: People really do go nuts for this one. Creamed Pistachio served in dark or milk chocolate cups, decorated with another half pistachio.
