13.01.2022 #HappyNewYear2021 to everyone near and far. There's been some beautiful steady showers to finish off 2020 and to start 2021. Great to help regenerate our grass and give our new mower a test. Mower man is happy Thanks to all our helpers, supporters and hall hirers of late and all those who drop off the 10c containers for our recycling program. It's greatly appreciated. ... I'm a bit behind on knowledge of which containers are eligible, and I've just discovered that the list has increased and the little juice popper containers are eligible plus takeaway paper/cardboard drink containers. 12.01.2022 Such a great spot/venue for a Christmas party/breakup. Thanks to Breakaway Horse Riders Mackay for choosing our hall to celebrate their great club. Looking forward to working with this club and members for the 2021 Bush Muster and Charity Horse Ride raising funds for Melanoma Cancer.

11.01.2022 We welcomed the lovely Nola from Coops Travel And Tours and her friendly travellers this morning. It was a quick visit for morning tea and after the big choice of yummy foods offered, I'm sure they'll be back. Thanks Nola, we'll look forward to the next visit. A big thank you must go to our cooks and helpers from the hall committee and friends. Loved having Jamie and Gary there for the heavy lifting and the washing up.
