23.01.2022 Finished up some intercooler piping on this super clean VL calais down at APS SERVICE CENTRE FRANKSTON today! It was pretty tight and tricky getting all 3" piping in being only one piece per side but it came out pretty nice! Ready to be powder coated black

Modified GTX3584RS to accept a wiggins clamp Full 3.5" stainless exhaust Plumb back wastegate return Tucked muffler and roll-pan mods Tunnel Mods Gearbox X-member to suit the TH400 One off intercooler with PWR core Alloy intercooler piping using wiggins style clamps One off radiator with ADRAD core Airbox Titanium intake pipe using a wiggins style clamp Large alloy catch can See more

22.01.2022 Now THATS a turbo kit!! This customer approached us looking for a full change over L-series hilux kit to replace his current CT20 setup that could be sent interstate. We were just finalising kits when this happened so we worked out what would be best for him and pieced together an appropriate kit. Looking forward to seeing this all installed! This kit includes: *DOZFAB merged log manifold... *Kinugawa TD04 *Stainless gaskets throughout *2.5" stainless dump pipe *Hot and cold stainless crossovers *All silicones and clamps *New water and oil lines *Custom made oil feed line with fitting for the block This particular kit was just under $3000 with everything pictured. Every kits price will differ slightly depending on several variables.

19.01.2022 Its been a privilege to be able to complete this ground-up build for Graham Cahill! This bike started life as a 1985 Honda Xr250 and every piece has had the once over.. It has a mountian of hand made parts on it and its definitely a unique and one off build! Enjoy mate

18.01.2022 Cleared a backlog of small jobs last week and finished off some exciting things! This one was a quick link pipe to suit a set of boat headers we did a while ago that are now in a different boat. As always, a quick release V-band clamp was used along with a O sensor bung and a male -6AN water fitting with an internal spray tube!

17.01.2022 Finished up this wild set of headers this week! Tuned eqaul length for a 350+hp 202 build, this motor will be running an Irving head, one of only 13 ever made! The noise its going to make should be nothing short of amazing at 8500rpm!

16.01.2022 One of the jobs we have on the go at the moment, custom RB30 manifold to suit a brand new Gen2 Garrett GTX3584RS. This is just the first piece of the puzzle, plenty more to come!

14.01.2022 Pretty happy with the result on this one, was a pleasure working on Justins LH torana! We first made up a set of flat merged turbo manifolds, follow by some alloy cooler pipes topped with Plazmaclamps, into a one off intercooler utilizing a Hypertune 4" core. The car also has a FULL 4" exhaust (yes its tight) and a 2" wastegate provision plumbed back into the exhaust. We finished off the engine bay with a tidy little catch-can with exstensive internal baffling and twin K&N filters. Looking forward to seeing this beast run down the qaurter!!

13.01.2022 The other end of the scale! Super simple Manifold+Dump package. One of our merged log manifolds and a full SS dump pipe with 12mm flange, stanless flex bellow and quick release V-band to make plumbing into the exhaust as easy as it can be. The dump pipes are, as always, fully back purged when welded making for the cleanest and strongest welds possible.

13.01.2022 Although we'd stopped taking 4x4 related bookings last year, we'd spoken to Jaun about this project he had underway many moons ago when we'd done the exhaust on his 79series. 40series ute with a 302 mid nut+bolt resto, this thing didnt have a spec of mud on it, just the way we like them! We modified the existing headers as they were new and in good nick which kept them cost effective, we then fabricated a mirror image twin 2.5" exhaust system down either side of the cab, over the chassis rails and over the top of the diff. This system was perfect as far as volume and note, nice and deep, no thong slap and a nice civil volume.

12.01.2022 This thing was an absolute nightmare but we got there in the end! VK commodore with a barra conversion. 4" to custom oval 3.5" piecuts along with a cheeky 2" screamer and a start on the turbo outlet. The customer is having a crack at the rest of the fab but just wanted someone else to handle the tricky bits, FAIR CALL!!

12.01.2022 One of the small glamour jobs we never usually post but thought this one was interesting.. heres a broken fin on a auto trans valve body we repaired for the guys at Wholesale Automatics . It came out half decent and saved this box.

11.01.2022 Last job of 2019, finished off just before new years. We completed a few things on this Mk4 r32 golf including some stainless headers and twin 2" mid pipes joined into the existing exhaust, simple airbox and intake pipe, upper rad pipe and header tank T-junction.

09.01.2022 Another intercooler piping job done and dusted! This time it was for the guys at A.N Automotive on this insane FG-x.. fair to say this beast is going to move along fairly well!

08.01.2022 About ready to hand this one back to the owner! Full setup on this clean 80series 1HD.. the big bus received a shiney new 4" snorkel, 4" inlet and outlet airbox, 600x300 aeroflow front mounted intercooler, 2.5" alloy cooler piping and we also modified the factory intake manifold to suit the new setup a little nicer! All the work done will compliment the fresh rebuild, 3" exhaust and Gturbo very nicely!

07.01.2022 A very tight 3" dump, plumbback and mid pipe on this little R32 Golf. All stainless. Followed up with a simple alloy hot pipe.

"Can’t thank dozfab enough for giving an incredible amount of help and advice for my new turbo setup. Dozfab log manifold with a td04l and a custom dozfab dump pipe. Honestly can’t recommend dozfab enough for pulling through when I had any silly questions or problems. Top bloke and was keen to get me back on the tracks ASAP!"

05.01.2022 Bens amazing HQ coupe, touting a charged 427 built by Dandy Engine came in for some 2" O.D. headers and twin 3.5" system. Was an absolute pleasure working with Ben on this beast!! **Buisness/social media update** Well its been a LONG time since we've put anything up on social media, 2020 was a tough year for everyone, us included! Last year we made the decision to move away from the 4x4 and Hilux scene which had helped lift the buisness off the ground, but ultimately ended up... detracting from being able to focus on the higher end street/drag orientated work. That choice had its own impacts with reliable work flow, then combined with covid, things got a little tough but we fought it out! In those times the social media unfortunately took a backseat while we focused on keeping everything rolling and for that we appaulogise. Now that everything is slowly ramping up again we thought it only fair to share some of the stuff we got done over the last 6 months whilst juggling lock down and the like!! More posts to come! 04.01.2022 This VK calias is by FAR the cleanest car we've ever worked on! You may recognise the headers, we previously fabricated them for Jason and we finally got our hands on the car itself to finish up the system. Simple, clean 2.5" stainless. The car is basicly finished now so we'll have to get some more pics and and a sound clip when we get a chance. Fun fact, Jason has been building this car up with his son as an 18th birthday present for his son lucky boy!!

04.01.2022 Recently re-fabricated the tail section on one of our 79series twin 4" systems recently after itd been modified elsewhere during a coil swap, came out a treat! No more vibrations, leaking welds or stressed and broken mounts

02.01.2022 Another L series hilux done and dusted, this ones been in the works for over 12months now and we finally got it in and done. We supplied and fitted the turbo manifold and TD04, 2.5" stainless exhaust, 2.5" alloy crossovers, one of our beadlock alloy airboxs and a 3.5" stainless snorkel.

Everything besides the intake are now off to Race Coatings in warragul to be powder and ceramic coated, It has a 900hp capable motor being built and also a heap of billet goodies for the engine bay including a rocker cover and bonnet hinges
