25.01.2022 I recently designed a new logo to replace the old one for Brighton Estate in Tasmania, plus some of my workings and ideas.

25.01.2022 It's 'Aussie Rules' football time. I put together a weekly 40p football program for the Tasmanian State League (TSL). This week 2 of the games are being played today to commemorate Anzac Day. One in the North & one in the South. The Tigers v Glenorchy game at Kinborough Twin Ovals, will be holding a ceremony before the Seniors game at 2pm and they will be playing for the Fred House Trophy. The Strahan Wilderness Lodge is known for it's bird life and the Superb Fairy Wren features on the logo. 19.01.2022 Just to let you know as of late 2017 I started a new venture at the Strahan Wilderness Lodge. I am still doing graphic design as a side line....and for those clients that wanted me to use comic sans for their serious logo (e.g. financial advisor) and were offended when I said "sorry, but no" this image sums it up.

With combinations like Kumquat or Blood Orange and Ginger Marmalade, Silk Road Chutney I can't wait to try some of these myself.

10.01.2022 I'm working on a design for a curtain pelmet in one of our rooms. The design will be transfered onto fabric and then appliqued (sewn) onto the pelmet fabric. T...he second picture is a prototype of the pelmet. My sewing machine is at the doctors (3 hours drive away) so everything is on hold and opening time is getting closer and the power keeps going off!! 04.01.2022 New logo for my lovely client Carol, founder of D'Entrecasteaux Natural Soaps in TAS and inspiration for me never using commercial soap again. She wanted something with palm leaves, frangipani and a retro beachy look. Oh and round in shape. Carol is still making her beautiful soap but no longer under the name Dentrecasteaux, and is owner/operator of The Beach House Providor at Valla Beach NSW. Great place to visit.
