02.01.2022 The client wanted a wine cellar built beneath their kitchen floor. There was already a small void beneath the floor but had to excavate a further 6 tons of earth and underpin the foundations. A brick floor and seating were built and timber partition walls installed under the house. An opening was cut through the timber kitchen floor and a trap door constructed using the original flooring. Steps built descending to wine cellar and racks installed
