24.01.2022 Dear Valued Patrons, Based on the latest easing of restrictions imposed by the State Government, restaurants are permitted to open for table service meals where there’s 4 squares metres of floor space per patron in the dining area, up to 20 DINE IN PATRONS ONLY at any time. We are proud to announce that Dragon Palace Joondalup will be open and RESUMING our Dine-In service from the 18th OF MAY! ... THINGS YOU NEED TO DO: 1 Maintain hands hygiene: use provided alcohol hand sanitiser upon arriving. 2 Fill out contact details for the purpose of contact tracing. 3 Maintain and practice social distancing by keeping 1.5 metres from patrons from other households. 4 Practice respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette - cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: Patrons will not be permitted to dine at a restaurant without providing their contact details. Management has the right to refuse services for customers with symptoms of flu or sickness for the safety of our staffs and other customers. Per table Dine-In time limit: 1Hr for lunch time, 1.5Hrs for dinner period. (time starts once seated) Walk-ins available but bookings are highly recommended and prioritised due to limited seats. The restaurant implements reservation by time slot, and the number of seats needs to be determined 2hours before the bookings - no last minute reservation! Please note: Disposable one-time tableware can be provided on request by the customer. Alcoholic beverages can only be served ancillary to a meal. Under the circumstances, Dragon Palace staffs will be wearing mask and using gloves during the service. In store, surfaces and equipment will be sanitised at time intervals. Dragon Palace Group reserved the right to the final Interpretation of all the above term and condition.
