22.01.2022 Heres a little snippet of some work we did for a customers Bayliner Ciera. Full re-wire from front to back including making new engine looms and dash panel and much more. Waiting on some engine alignment issues to be corrected before the next phase of sea-trials.. :) !!

20.01.2022 Who would have thought two of the leading products in Marine power generation and monitoring wouldnt talk to each other. Ive designed and built little apparatus to handle the Autostart functionality of the Victron Colour control GX and the Cummins Onan Marine genset with a 3 wire start stop. This particular vessel has 2 gensets so the changover was required. Using the CCGX we can specify huge range of start/stop conditions. Very impressed with the outcome.

18.01.2022 Hows the condition of your bonding system? Here is an example of a well built American "Luhrs 380"s bonding terminal strip after 18yrs. Had these been disconnected too long, the effects of galvanic corrosion on metal skin fittings could have been disastrous.

17.01.2022 Coming to the end of a huge project. The job description?? Make it work and tell me how to use it... My expertise. Over the past 2 months i have undone 35 years of electrical work on this vessel. Every circuit has been identified and removed or re-used. New AC and DC panels, new battery systems, new generator, and the list goes on.. We have resurrected this old boat to fully functional working vessel heading to PNG on the job. Anyone can be an electrician. I am a marine el...ectrician. I have specialized in building, operating and maintaining vessels for my entire working life. I strive for reliability, serviceability, simplicity and most importantly usability, from the perspective of a mariner.

We have repaired electronics, generators, engines, bilge systems, water systems, air-conditioners, lighting and much more. As an experienced mariner, marine engineer and a keen fisherman, Im also a pretty handy stowaway!!
