10.01.2022 My one millimetre spot size is perfect for acne cysts or macrocomedones. These lie deep under your skin and can not be extracted without trauma. A decade ago I developed my '2 tap laser' technique to get into the cyst wall, allowing for easy extractions. These cysts are often not visible, asking the patient to push out with their tongue can make these cysts visible. #jawlineacne can also be treated this way. Here are some facts: -may self resolve over months to years -can be confused with rosacea -active acne should always be treated as well -sunscreen is essential... -2-3 vascular laser sessions 2-3 weeks apart will fix it- fast! -technically these are not scars but changes in pigment -the counterpart is PIH or darkening of the skin. 02.01.2022 This famous actress was tired of trying to conceal her scars and pores with make up. Every person will have a concern, however insignificant that can impact their daily life. My solution? TCA CROSS and TCA PAINT- note, every skin type, scar type, and location will have an ideal solution and concentration. In her case I multi -plained her linear scars.
