The first initiative is to select a Self-made Routine that you feel is beneficial * It must include a Start Routine that is completed ( eg. make your bed) **Fresh air ( eg. open the windows) & movement ( eg. dancing , hopping , hulla hooping etc) **Now fill in the Middle Routine , loosely, with whatever you wish! ****Finally, Finishing Routine involving Meditation & Relaxation ...& sleep Freeing your body with a habitual , self made routine, strengthens the mind.
