02.01.2022 Chiropractic is amazing at helping your body help itself. When we are in alignment - on all levels - life just flows with more ease, greater peace and enjoyment. Your body is always trying to tell you something and that's where I come in. Most of the time people reach out to a Chiropractor because they are in pain. When your body is out of alignment and there is pressure on your Nervous System things just don't work as efficiently. Over time...sometimes a long period of time,... this builds up in your body and your body simply can't cope or compensate which can lead to an array of symptoms. What makes me different is that I love to be able to be the 'interrupter' so to speak between you and what your body is trying to say. I believe this is part of my special gifts (as we all have them) to be able to communicate and pass on the messages your body wanting to give you. By combing this with hands on healing it becomes a powerful way for you and your body to heal. Always getting to what is causing your discomfort and helping you align to what gives you freedom from not only pain but leading the life you want to lead is what I love to do. This might mean we look at concerns and solutions on a physical, chemical, emotional and energetic level to help you get in alignment on all levels. I love helping people find their truth, get deep clarity on their purpose and aligning them with their soul path. Not only can this be done via Chiropractic Care but through my Soul Alignment Sessions that I offer. 02.01.2022 A general theme that I’ve seen with clients this week is that their bodies are telling them to do something small every week towards something in their life they want more of. By doing small things consistently, the things we want to change start to change in time. If we tried to do it all at once it would be overwhelming to what for most people is already a busy life. By breaking into into small steps the mountain is easier to climb. So what are you wanting more of....it m...ight be money, better relationships, better health, more time to do things you love? Focus on one area of your life and do one thing this week towards it. That might be doing a meditation, sorting out the bills, clearing out your closet, giving yourself 30mins of free time...get creative and start with something easy to do. It feels so good to be doing something and the simple act of doing something every week builds up those ‘consistently’ muscles. As like a lot of you this is something I haven’t always found easy to do....that is to be consistent in the areas in life that I need to most. Often it’s those areas or things we have the most resistance to are the ones where we need the most consistently. Enjoy your weekend! Jess
