25.01.2022 We have started our kids wall - it is very popular. Love coming up with new ways to make kids smile and enjoy their chiropractic experience.

23.01.2022 One of my favourite things to do is attend seminars and conferences. Yes I am one of those weirdos . My thirst for knowledge is constant and eternal . This weekend was a refresher on the basic categories of SOT technique. I was thrilled to have my new associate Dr Kat there, as well as 5th year chiro student Dan. Building a practice with like minded colleagues is moving from dream to reality more and more everyday. Dr Bron was holding the fort for us all at Ohana - your a rock star Bron Miller thank you.

23.01.2022 Some great advice

22.01.2022 This year I have made massive efforts to live my best life. One decision I made to action this was to alternate my Saturday morning shift to have more family time. It has been an absolute winner. Today I spent three hours wandering in the Girraween reserve (bush) enjoying sharing stories and hopefully imparting some knowledge onto my kids. Practicing what I preach in so many ways this year and prioritising family has been the best one by far.

22.01.2022 Fridays are my favourite day. It is the day I set aside a few hours totally to myself. The day I fill my bucket so I can keep giving. Today’s fill my own bucket is reading under the palm trees. What do you do for me time?

17.01.2022 The count down is on - four weeks until I am 40! Back in December I had a big health check and found out I had a lot of work to do to be my best version of self. Since then I have made multiple little changes that has led to me shifting 20 kilos and feeling like myself again - yay. Since I am a lady and hence dont sweat this is a shout out to my workout that makes me glisten and glow. Thank you Craig from Fusion Fat loss and nutrition for getting me back into weight tra...ining safely. Thank you to my friend Aliti Chang who is such an inspiration to looking after ones self. Thank you Bron Millar my friend and colleague for adjusting me weekly ad I get my body back into shape - god send. And thank you to all my friends and family supporting and cheering for me along the way. I feel so much better now that I am walking the walk as well as talking the talk.

17.01.2022 I love living in North Lakes! Mostly because their are so many parks. When my kids were little we had four parks all within walking distance to fill in those afternoons and break up witching hour. Here is one of my favourite photos from one of those afternoons many years ago

08.01.2022 This is what my day off looks like. kids to school PT session with Craig - workin on my guns coffee by myself in peace at a cafe - because I can and thankfully we are allowed again ... grocery shopping webinar on children and headaches spray my beautiful hibiscus plants with organic bug spray as some tiny little mites are attacking them and it is not cool pick up kids meal prep for the week take daughter to dance and while waiting for 2 hours in the car (just because it make her happy) I can nail out emails and new social media posts for work. 05.01.2022 One of my favourite quotes is if you change the start of the story you change the whole story. This is exactly why I love working with pregnant mums and babies. My passion is in making sure this period in life is comfortable, pain free, healthy and happy. I loved my own pregnancies and early days with my babies and helping this be others truth fills me with joy.

01.01.2022 One of the beautiful things about being on holiday is having a chance to read - for fun. I am always reading but usually something science, health or business related. Tonight I had the pleasure of finishing a book my friend Karin O’Grady gifted way back in April. I have to say what a lovely story filled with all kinds of great life advice wrapped in many little stories that make you think and feel deeply. It is worth a read.
