22.01.2022 Meet Crystal, Crystal is a Domestic short hair, 4 year old desexed female. Crystal began her journey at a rescue group in NSW then made her way down to a rescue group in SA. Crystal was then adopted in to her current home which is when we got the pleasure to meet her, Unfortunately Crystal is now on the hunt for a new home as she is best suited to a singular cat home. She has a beautiful demeanour and is ready to give all her love to her suited forever family. 16.01.2022 Pepper decided to eat a scrunchie Luckily for her she was able to (with a bit of help), vomit the scrunchie and avoid a major surgery to remove it. Telephone consults are now available and charged at a normal consult fee.... Please notify us when you have arrived at the clinic by giving us a courtesy call. 08.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS: COVID-19 UPDATE The Veterinary Industry has been made an ESSENTIAL. The grins on our teams faces look very similar to little Jasper's here. All of our policies and restrictions that we've shared are still in place, with potentially more to come.... 06.01.2022 Charlie recently came to visit us with a limp that was concerning his mum. Poor Charlie had an infected paw! Dr Ken and the Team cleaned out the infection and sent Charlie home with some medications and a nice little bandage. Charlie's mum reports that he's doing well and back to his energetic self! 06.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE We are currently still open and still treating your fur babies! To keep our lovely clients and our team safe we've implemented some new changes at the clinic.... We are no longer taking clients into the clinic to minimise all risk of exposure. We ask that once you arrive, please call the clinic on (08) 8281 6400 to notify us and our staff will instruct you to meet us at the front door. We will swap your pets lead with one of our own and take your pet through with us to get their treatment. (In the case of cats, we will be sanitising the carriers on arrival). Consultations with owners will be done via the phone with Dr Ken, while you wait in the comfort and safety of your own car. Wherever possible payment is taken over the phone, if this isn't possible our staff will happily discuss other options with you. For picking up medications, please be prepared for pickup times to be allocated to you. On arrival we ask that you notify our staff so we can leave the medication in our drop box out the back, ready for you to collect once we've gone back inside the building. PLEASE NOTE - for your safety and the safety of others, we are still leaving a half hour time slot between bookings to minimise all possible interactions and reducing the potential spread of Covid-19. We understand this is an extremely difficult and overwhelming time for our clients. We hope you all understand these new safety measures, as we're implementing them to protect our very much loved community. We appreciate your support throughout this time and we love seeing you all... from a safe distance.
