10.01.2022 We would like to thank you for your patience if you are trying to make an appointment to see your doctor this week. We have been very busy seeing patients that require urgent follow up prior to Dr Supriya and Dr Vinay Karanam going on leave from the 7/2/2020 to the 22/2/2020. We would like to assure our patients that we have a system to see patients, even when the appointments are full. Each day our receptionists place patients on a cancellation list. You will be contacted... as soon as we have a cancellation or if the doctors have been able to add more appointments to their day. We will always prioritise urgent problems (including sick children) and will do our best to to see you the same week for non urgent problems. Please tell our receptionists the nature of your problem so they can help you. You can also request to leave a message for your doctor. While the doctors are away, we are fortunate to have Dr Herath Palipani from Wallsend and our new GP, Dr Titus available for appointments from Monday to Friday. Our practice nurses will also be available each day for advice. If you have any concerns about being able to make an appointment, please phone our practice manager, Paula on 49513988. T
