23.01.2022 How do you guys prevent excess cement? Have you tried access from B or P? Excess cement and decay... - LA infil, also interpapillary B and P (adrenaline reduces bleeding) - RD split between teeth 6/7 - accessed cavity, polished off excess cement - thermocut bur gingivectomy and viscostat - caries detector for caries removal - v3 sectional and Teflon around wedge - filled with flowable to line and incremental resin with flowable drop between layers

18.01.2022 Back at work at last. - exposes gp, crack on mesial buccal part - direct filling - reviewing in a few months option for crown... Procedure - La infil and interpapillary - RD clamp came off a few times 12A, put it back on - removed gp in pulp chamber for added retention - noticed crack MB, tooth not loose - v3 sectionals used

18.01.2022 Deep decay under old filling Patient wanted filling CO2+be non-lingering ttp-ve asymptomatic. Patient warned may need root canal after.... Treatment - La on papilla - Gingivectomy - RD isolation - caries detector to remove caries at peripheral seal - sectional tab and celluloid strip to build mesial and distal, freehanded palatal - to polish more next time

10.01.2022 - Crack under amalgam filling - remove cracks completely within 2mm of dej (peripheral seal zone) to a depth of 5mm occlusal and 3mm from axial wall (protocols of biomimetic restorative dentistry: 2002-2017) Alleman, 2017 - Replaced filling with resin, covered B cusp and stamp technique so no occlusal adjustment just polishing to smoothen.

05.01.2022 Fillings this morning Some 4 handed dentistry with nurse and more time for photos. Rubber Dam for dry field and more relaxed dentistry. Teflon is great for avoiding voids. Stamp technique on 1st one. Patient really appreciated seeing the after photos.
