10.01.2022 Ok. So this is another example of hard work paying off. @_inspirachional lost an amazing amount of weight through diet and exercise. Excess skin was a concern however a modified extended abdominoplasty was able to address this. Her journey wasn’t the smoothest - she had a post op haematoma and a seroma that required revisionary surgery. The mental toll of these little setbacks was real, and she has documented these for all to see on her insta feed.
