Were learning more about COVID-19 every day but the studies that have been shared from medical sources, demonstrate that the amount of virus you spread is reduced by wearing a mask. 03.01.2022 A study recently published went on to shame female doctors who had posted personal pics of themselves wearing bikinis. The study questioned and criticised their professionalism in a form of objectification male doctors are seldom subjected to. Female docs around the world have responded with #medbikini in solidarity. Here is a Monday morning flashback, a photo I posted in 2012. I was already a medical doctor, having completed the most part of my specialist training in Obste...trics and Gynaecology (Exams passed, PHD underway). I went on to complete that PHD in reproductive genetics and that year was accepted to complete post-fellowship CREI training to become a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Subspecialist. And yet, I posted this photo wearing a bikini. Not a selfie (its hard whilst carrying a baby at the beach!). If we are ever going to have equality as women in society, we must be allowed to be ourselves.
