08.01.2022 Important visitor update Contact Tracing and Screening Form From 11 August 2020, every patient, visitor to wards, patient or support persons to medical/al...lied health suites, contractors and students must fill in this form prior to entering the hospital. People leaving the hospital and returning only need to complete a form each day (not multiple forms in a day). The form can be accessed via: QR Code displayed here and on signs at the hospital and www.svpht.org.au A further update: the Queensland Government has lifted QLD COVID-19 Restricted Areas that were imposed on Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Gold Coast. Visitors from these areas are again welcome in our hospital from 11 August 2020. It remains very important that people don't visit our patients if they feel sick with flu-like symptoms. Visiting times and number of visitors remain the same. When we moved to Toowoomba earlier this year I started doing parkrun with my 2 young daughters - I wanted them to understand the importance of adopting healthy habits from an early age...
