16.01.2022 HOT TIPS At least once a day when I’m in the clinic I’m asked about my skin. About all sorts of things from skin care, to make up, and also what treatments I’ve had for rejuvenation. So I thought I’d start making a few little informative posts in case you ever wanted to try things out for yourself. Let’s start with my morning skin routine. I’m just like most of you: busy and in a rush in the mornings. So I try and keep it quick and simple. Step 1 CLEANSE I use @cosmedix_ ...Purity Clean. I switched to this exfoliating cleanser about 12mth ago and I LOVE it. Step 2 SERUM I use the Vitality C Serum from the b skin range. Two pumps is enough to cover my entire face, neck, and décolletage. If you’re not using a vitamin C serum you should be! It works to combat the environmental stressors and pollutions we encounter and leaves you with brighter, smoother skin.
