It’s a time to highlight that this y...ear, more than ever we want expecting and new parents who are struggling with their mental health to know they’re not alone and can reach out for help. And when they do, they will be supported by those they confide in and the health system that surrounds them. How and who do I reach out to? As part of your healthcare team we’re here to support you. We encourage you to reach out to someone in your healthcare team, your friends, your family or call the national PANDA hotline on 1300 726 306. #PANDAWeek2020 #TellSomeoneWhoCares
